Supreme Huntington Beach Concrete Company provides concrete contracting services including but not limited to: concrete driveway installation and replacement, patio construction, stamped and decorative concrete, sidewalks, retaining walls, garage floors, pool decks, steps, slab foundations, footings, foundation raising, concrete cutting, and related services in Huntington Beach, CA and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to a separate written agreement or signed proposal between the customer and Supreme Huntington Beach Concrete Company. Use of our website or submission of a contact form does not constitute a contract for services.
Estimates provided by Supreme Huntington Beach Concrete Company - whether via phone, email, or in-person visit - are non-binding until formalized in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties. Estimates are based on information available at the time and may be subject to change if site conditions, project scope, or material costs differ from what was represented at the time of the estimate.
Any changes to the scope of work after a contract is signed will be documented in a written change order. We will not perform additional work beyond the agreed scope without your written authorization.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit delays, material availability, and prior project scheduling. We will notify you of any material delays as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for labor and materials already committed or expended.
We reserve the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe conditions, weather, or factors beyond our control.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal or contract for each project. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid within the timeframe stated in the contract may be subject to a late payment fee. We reserve the right to suspend or halt work on any project where payment is overdue.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your written contract. We do not accept payment via wire transfer to third-party accounts or other methods outside of those documented in your agreement.

Where permits are required by local authorities for the agreed scope of work, we will obtain them on your behalf unless otherwise stated in the contract. Permit fees are your responsibility and will be included in the project estimate or billed separately. We will coordinate required inspections in accordance with local requirements. Delays caused by permitting authorities are outside our control.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your written project contract.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by: misuse or failure to follow post-installation care instructions, events outside our control (including seismic activity, flooding, tree root intrusion, or soil movement beyond normal conditions), normal wear and tear, or alterations made to the work by parties other than Supreme Huntington Beach Concrete Company.
Hairline cracking in concrete is a normal characteristic of the material and is not a defect unless it compromises the structural integrity of the installation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Supreme Huntington Beach Concrete Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or from our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services rendered will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
